Vacay Villa is a spacious 2 Bedroom 2 Bath villa that accommodates 6 comfortably - no more than 6 occupants are allowed to stay overnight. Plan a long stay and enjoy the many different golf courses in the area, swimming, kayaking, biking, walking trails within St. James, or going to Oak Island to enjoy the private St. James Beach Club. Enjoy sitting on the screened porch overlooking the golf course. Downtown Southport offers something for everyone from fine dining, shopping and browsing through the eclectic assortment of shops. Travel to Wilmington and enjoy the Port City. Take the ferry ride from Southport to the Fort Fisher Aquarium. Or just book a long stay at Vacay Villa and rest and relax. You will love it here! Master Bedroom has a new king size bed and Guest Bedroom features two queen size beds. Guest room has it's own microwave and mini fridge. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare the perfect meal. Wireless and high speed internet are provided along with cable TV with DVD recorder are available. The carpet in the bedrooms were replaced June 2018 along with new flooring in the rest of the unit. I also repainted the condo and replaced some of the furniture and added a 50" TV in the living room. For your convenience, beach towels, large umbrella, chairs, and cart are provided for your use to enjoy the beach, Just remember to pack the sunscreen!
