Summary: The property was very nice and affordable. Did not have all the typical VRBO "fees"...just a $35 booking fee which was ok. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Only had a couple little things and they are not a big deal....first was the lady at the security gate was not very welcoming....i would say a little rude. We did not know the property adddress (VRBO makes it difficult to find embedded on a page in the mobile app) so we asked the guard to look up the place either by our last name or the owners last name. She said she had to have a property address or there was nothing she could do. So she made us pull around and wait until we got the address. I will say that the owner replied very quickly with that info so we did get in without much delay. The second issue and again not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have some arrangement to allow guests to get a tee time at one of the courses there. I know there are plenty of courses around...just would have been nice to not have to drive out of the neighborhood. Finally, again I realize this is not a hotel, but when we settled in after getting there Thurs evening, I went to take a shower. There was shampoo and conditioner available but no soap. So we had to run out to the store which isnt all that close by to get soap. Again not a big deal. Overall though...the place was awesome. Beautiful on the inside, quiet neihborhood....even being on the middle floor you couldnt hear people above you or below you. Had a nice golf course view and was very safe envoronment. I would definitely rent again
