Casa AYA a place nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the desert on the north coast of Peru. Just finished in 2024 it is a haven for travelers to come and rest with the sound of the ocean, whistling palm trees, amazing food and relaxation. Whale watch from your bed. Kite surfing in front of the house. Amazing restaurants in walking distance. A very unique house filled with art and love. This home has a few great restaurants all within walking distance . A few of the restaurants near by are Laka 3 min, Antica 5 min, Hotel Las Palmeras 1 min, Marcilia 2 min, Alma Loft 10 min, Kchic 12 min away.

There are animals on the property but you will hardly see them, two cats and a small dog. The cats keep the birds and mice away.

In the event of any uncovered Guest/Invitee-caused loss or damage to the Vacation Property, including, but not limited to, parking violations (street parking is against the rules), extra trash not properly located in cans, noise violations after quiet hours, undue cleaning, eviction, service calls, service charges, fines/assessments, repairs or replacements, plus all applicable taxes, Luxevaca is hereby granted the right to charge the Guest's credit card. An itemized statement outlining all associated costs will be sent via regular or electronic mail to the address submitted by the Guest when the reservation was booked. By written or electronic endorsement of this Agreement, the Guest agrees to pay for all such charges, as defined above and on the proceeding pages.

Under normal conditions of use, especially during heavy rental seasons, items wear out or get accidentally broken.
