The highlight of the fiesta is the Disembarkation Battle on the Sea in the early hours on the morning of the 28th. It is a naval battle between the Moors and Christian fleets, after which the Moors jump into the ocean and swim to shore to conquer the castle, accompanied all the time by music and the firing of blunderbusses - truly an experience!
