Summary: Overall it was an excellent stay. The location was wonderful being right on Vaca Cut. The home was very clean upon our arrival. The only recommendations I could make to the owners are as follows: Curb appeal and parking is pretty terrible. When you park you pretty much have to park the passengers side of you vehicles in the foliage in order to get your vehicle partially off of the road. Not a huge deal as the road is very low traffic. The entry gate to the property needs some TLC. Interior lighting is very poor in all rooms. Low ceilings do not help with the lighting situation as there is not enough space to install lights below the ceiling fans. Better/bigger lamps in these areas would be a bonus. The location is fantastic and the back of the property is amazing as you are on the canal. The deck is nice and the layout with the fish cleaning station and hose nearby is super convenient. Take a right at the end of the canal and your heading ocean side, and left you pass through the cut into the gulf. Can't think of a better location if you own or rent a boat. We rented a 23' Parker for a week and it worked out great. Overall the stay was great and I would recommend this property. Best regards,
