Little River Farm by Tiny Away is located approximately 150 meters from the main house in Little River, just a 48-minute drive from Melbourne.The tiny home is nestled on a scenic river bend, offering picturesque views of the flowing water.
To the right, guests can enjoy breathtaking vistas of the stunning You Yang's mountain range, which is just a short 10-minute drive away.
If you're in the mood for a scenic drive, be sure to explore the renowned Serendip Sanctuary, soak in the tranquil beauty of Buckley Falls Lookout, and visit the vibrant Geelong Waterfront—perfect for leisurely strolls and panoramic views of the bay.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home,"Little Stream Farm," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to our cozy tiny home and its surroundings. We kindly advise guests to only stay in the large paddock where the tiny homes are located, spanning approximately 50 acres, as well as the areas along the river.
Please refrain from crossing to the opposite side of the river and avoid proximity to the main house on the property.
