You are just steps from the sugar white sand that the beaches of South Walton County are known for. The beach access is literally at the end of the street and is less than a 5 minute stroll. Or just step out your back door to the beautiful, large private pool and 6 person spa/hot tub with travertine pool deck exclusively for use by you and your guests. No really. The pool and spa/hot tub are for use by Little Gray Cottage guests only. Please note, heating of the pool and/or spa is optional for an additional fee. Dine at one of two outdoor dining tables by the pool or on the deck. This 1 story beach cottage home, 'Little Gray Cottage', is full of top end upgrades such as stone countertops, stainless kitchen appliances, top quality fixtures, and crown molding. The second bathroom also features a carrera marble double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom features two twin XL beds to handle everyone from kids to adults comfortably. The home is conveniently located just 1 1/4 miles from Alys Beach and 2 miles to Rosemary Beach. Take a short pre-breakfast bike ride or stroll to Charlie's donut truck in Alys Beach for some great donuts, pastries and coffee. It is only 6 1/2 miles to Seaside, and 15 minutes to a great shopping and entertainment experience at Pier Park or less than 30 minutes to Silver Sands Outlet mall. Panama City Beach is only 30 minutes and Destin 40 minutes away. But you'll probably spend most of your time staying close to home. Stroll down to the beach or use your 4 free bikes to cruise the 19 mile Tampoochee Trail to visit the many unique neighborhoods along scenic county road 30-A.
