Beautiful beach condo for weekly, monthly or season rentals, 1.5 hour drive south of Lima. Three bedrooms, three baths, fully furnished and equipped, ready to relax and enjoy.
Located on a private beach with all the amenities at Km 119.5 Panamericana Sur Highway, 12 Km north of historic Cerro Azul village, 22 Km south of Asia Boulevard Mall. Lunahuaná Valley is 1.5 hrs drive southeast, where you can enjoy the low sierra wonderful weather, exciting river-rafting, hiking, warm hospitality and fantastic food... year round.
2 hrs drive south take you to Ica and its year-round sunny desert weather, wine country and tours; a bit further the amazing Nazca lines, or Paracas Marine Reserve and Sanctuary. Lodging options abound for any budget. Indulge and enjoy peaceful and protected nature in a private beach community, with 24 hr security, great ocean views and superb marine life year round. Excellent restaurant and grocery store available during summer season (December through April). Tennis, swimming pool, fronton available year round.

Summary: What a wonderful experience! And the views of the Pacific are stunning! The condo was clean and furnished with everything we needed for our vacation. It was very quiet at night and all we could hear was the sound of the waves in the distance. We cooked and ate most of our meals there at the condo, but Cerro Azul is a short drive if you want to eat out. The property is secure with only owners and renters allowed entrance, so we felt very safe walking everywhere. The beach is kept very clean and there is a nice swimming pool and restaurant within walking distance. Juan Carlos was excellent to work with. He responded to our request in a very timely manner and was very professional in making all our arrangements. During our visit, he followed up with us by phone and email to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer suggestions to make our stay extra special. We had a wonderful beach vacation and I highly recommend this condo. My only regret is that we didn't stay long enough! Thanks again, Juan Carlos, you were great. We had a wonderful time and hope to see you again in the future.
