It has all the comfort of a home, without the clutter. You will love the fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, top of the line cookware, cutlery and silverware. Along with the exquisite tea pot and premium tea bags, there are both Nespresso Essenza, and Keurig, completed with an Aeroccino milk frother, in case you are like me, don't quite know how to get a Mr. Coffee to work.
With the desire to deliver the best possible stay for our guests, we gave a great amount of thought in everything we put in the house, not just to cross off the checklist.
New laminate flooring on the first level offers a clean common area for everyone. New couch, high quality blinds, new stationary bike, for gym goers.
Fastest WiFi available on the market, 1Gb, Unlimited Data 65" smart Roku built in 4K TV, Amazon Echo, travel adapters, garage door remote, keyless entry, smart thermometer to prep the home to the ideal temperature upon entering, and a smart irrigation timer.
All beds are new, as well as mattresses, new hypoallergenic & cotton linen.Spa-like bathtub in master bath. Premium shampoo, soap, and detergent, that are kind to the body and environment. Lighted magnifying mirror for easier skin care.
Dedicated study room, desk height can be adjusted, the office chair is new and ergonomic, comfy sleeper couch for light reading and conversation, or a day nap. Office room also has a heavy duty queen air mattress with electrical pump.
Covered patio, 60000 BTU Fire pit to keep you and your companies cozy when the nights are cool. Glass top outdoor dinning set is perfect for a weekend brunch, afternoon tea, and a barbecue dinner. Brand new Kitchen Aid two burner 29000 BTU grill.
Spacious backyard for kids and pets to run around. All trash bins are with lid, to keep pets from finding things in those. Waste bags dispensary in back yard for easy clean up. We don't charge for pets, each count as one person, total count can not exceed the maximum. We regard them part of the family. If you have a cat, please inform us before booking.
3-car garage with wide driveway and plenty street parking. Quiet neighborhood.

Summary: We traveled to Henderson with our dog for the month of November to be present when our grandchild was born. Jen's house gave us great proximity to family and was spacious enough for us to house other family members who came to town to celebrate Thanksgiving. Jen leapt into action when I called to tell her that the oven had quit working one week before the holiday. She had an appliance repair person in ASAP--catastrophe avoided! The house is also within easy walking distance to one of Henderson's many fantastic parks. This one even had a dog agility park and two dog play areas for large and small pets!
