We propose to you to the rent, in Valfleury, this charming air-conditioned apartment with jacuzzi, of a surface of 65 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 4 travellers (recommended 2 to 3 adults maximum). Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 35 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a terrace of about 25 m² with panoramic view. We are waiting for you!
The east-facing apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room of 35 m² with TV, electric fireplace (mood lighting), double sofa bed (more comfortable for children) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space.
- A bathroom adjoining the bedroom with Italian shower and spa (jacuzzi, which can accommodate 3 guests, it is also equipped with speaker, compatible laptop).
- Separate toilet.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed.
Outside :
- A terrace of about 25 m², facing East (sunrise) with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Valfleury, famous for its church and its crypt which can be visited all year round, in a very pleasant environment. The building is turned towards the valley and benefits from a breathtaking view on the valleys and the countryside. You will be close (5 to 6 km) to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
