Legaire Etxea is located next to the urban natural park and is a comunero of the Aitzgorri Aratz natural park and 15 km from the Ullibarri Gamboa swamp, 2 km from Nestle and Michelin, etc. If customers wish, the house has an industrial washer and dryer.
At the back of the house we can find a space for customers who exercise sports activities, can clean their material.
In the garden of the house we have a beautiful fig tree where you can take fruit 2 times a year.

It has been known since 1025. Legaire etxea has large common spaces decorated in the typical way of the province of Alava. As a spacious living room, dining room, with television, fireplace and grill with access to the garden that has a beautiful fig tree that provides shade, full kitchen, community bathroom, all adapted for the disabled, its rooms are fully equipped with individual bathrooms, Plasma television, wifi music and wood heating and condensation heating, and thermal plates to heat hot water.
