Renovated by Jean-Yves and Sylvie in 2019, the property features a kitchen, dining room, and separate living area with a fireplace. There is a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds, along with a shared shower room. There is a large garden and a lake with an island. The cottage is set back from roads and very quiet.
