Notre appartement de 95 m², situé sur la Canebière au 6e étage avec ascenseur, offre un emplacement exceptionnel à deux pas du Vieux Port et à 5 min à pied de la gare TGV Marseille Saint-Charles, idéal pour découvrir Marseille. Récemment rénové, il comprend une cuisine équipée ouverte sur une pièce à vivre avec coin salon pour se détendre ou télétravailler. Un beau balcon exposé plein sud permet de profiter du soleil marseillais. L'espace nuit comprend trois chambres : deux avec lits doubles et rangements, et une avec deux lits simples et rangements. Climatisation dans le salon et une chambre double, ventilateurs dans les autres chambres. Proche des transports (métro au pied de l'immeuble) et à proximité du Vieux-Port (5 min à pied) et du Cours Julien (10 min à pied). La Canebière, bien que commerçante et fréquentée, peut être bruyante en journée.
