The swimming pool, to be shared only with guests of the "La Polverosa" estate, is located in the center of the property and can be reached by car (5 minutes) or on foot, through pleasant country paths (about 2.5 km). Around the pool a large lawn and a large paved area equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and sunbeds allow guests peace and privacy.
From the company there are many paths immersed in a nature dotted with olive trees, vineyards, fields and woods for walking or cycling. The surrounding area is also rich in natural parks such as the oasis of Alviano, Mount Rufeno and Lake Bolsena.
The area is full of evidence of a centuries-old history with prehistoric and archaeological sites, such as the Etruscan and Roman Orvieto, the theater of Ferento and many others scattered throughout the territory.
