Positive: Right on the lake, great screened in porch, very clean, nicely furnished, great location.
Negative: Hot tub never got hot-barely warm. The bed I stayed in upstairs was so hard that I ended up sleeping on a love seat for 3 nights. A better topper(egg crate) would have helped.
