The kitchen is spacious and open offering plenty of room to prepare meals, chat at the nook, and enjoy a more formal meal around the dining table, seating for 6. This home offers 3 bedrooms, a sleeping loft, 3 bathrooms and ample privacy for all guests. The main level master is furnished with a king size bed and has a private porch. The master bath has a large, tiled walk in shower and soaking tub. The second lower level bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and offers water views. The upper level, third, loft style bedroom is accessed by the spiral staircase. It is furnished with two twin size beds and has a private bathroom with tiled shower. A foldable divider separates the two twin beds from a full size bed that has two beautiful view windows. Boater or not, there is plenty to see from Laurel Point including boat activity, ferries, and wildlife.
