Beautiful, brand new two person studio cottage, with a full kitchen, inspiring picture window views of Griffin bay and beyond. Comfortable queen bed. Sitting area has gorgeous water view. The lagoon at the bottom of our yard has marvelous bird activity.
This property is on the water; you can step onto the shore. Private garden, entrance and parking. This location is close to town, yet peaceful and surrounded by nature.
The lagoon provides wonderful bird watching opportunities and the sunny south facing site is truly enjoyable.

Summary: Never even saw or spoke with the hosts which was fine. Everything was explained in pre stay email. Nice place and location. Very quiet. I'd stay again
