'At 300 meters from the sea, beautiful panoramic Villa on two levels in Villasimius, Porto Sa Ruxi in a tourist village with swimming pool and tennis court. A 5 km golf course.
The house consists of 3 double bedrooms, lounge, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, 2 verandas, garden, patio with sea view, outdoor shower. It also has a large panoramic veranda with a 6-seater table and barbecue. Parking space right inside the garden. The house is equipped with every comfort including washing machine, TV with satellite dish, air conditioning,, entrance with electric gate, Wifi. The beach below can also be reached on foot in 5-7 minutes. The villa is very close to all the most beautiful beaches on the coast. '

Summary: great location but villa needs to be refreshed because almost everything is oldish and warned out. beautiful beach at walking distance and nice swimming pool in the residence , which we did not use because the beach is too good.
