This home has 3 wings of bedroom/bathroom suites with large TV's in each bedroom.
A large central family area that includes a cook's kitchen and several dining areas to accommodate everyone.
The living room boasts a large smart TV with an oversized sofa and daybed for those fun movie nights.
This home is equipped with a water softener system, reverse osmosis system for drinking water, extra separate ice machine, video game system, built-in Bluetooth speaker system and board games.
A spacious gated private backyard with salt water pool and waterfall hot tub. The many outdoor palapas provide spaces to chill, barbeque, eat, relax and take in the view of the pool area and mountains. Fun outdoor games, outdoor covered bed, living area and firepit make this backyard the perfect escape from everyday life.

This is a non gated community and the neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by beautiful mountain views. Please enjoy our oasis backyard and relaxing home or if you are looking for things to do in our valley we are close to Palm Springs, many local attractions, festivals and casinos.
Close to Acrisure Stadium, Polo Grounds for Coachella and stagecoach, World class Tennis at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, Fantasy springs casino, 29 Spotlight, as well as fun things for the kids such as the Living Desert Zoo.
We are centrally located to many shops such as Costco, Sprouts,Walmart, lots of grocery stores and shopping close by. We are a quick 15 minutes to Old Town La Quinta (amazing golf, hiking and wonderful quaint shops & restaurants) and about a 25 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs area.
