Summary: Hot water was a rare commodity, available at certain irregular times....usually for an hour or 2 in the evening, almost never in the mornings. When we were checking out, the host tried to charge us a fee from our deposit because we had not mopped the floor. We had tidied everything, cleared rubbish, and cleaned work surfaces...but overlooked the floor. Though considering there was no cleaning service provided through our 10 night stay, i thought this was a bit out of order.
