This 6/7 bedroom Classic Mediterranean house is located just 50 mts. from the beach in the best part of La Barra.
It is fully equipped to host 12 comfortably people. Its beautiful terraces allow to spend your days in front of the sea
The house has the living area in the 2nd floor, this makes it very livable and comfortable. You can have breakfast in the woodden balcony and lunch in the middle terrace, more protected from the sun. In the afternoon you can see the sunset from the upper deck.
The house is totally functional for a large family. The pool is available in the summer time. There are Surf boards and Kayaks that can be used in the nearby beach
Our housekeeper will provide you with the keys and will be available for anything, we don`t live in town.
The house is located located very close to the sea, which lead to fabulous sea sights and comfort to go to the beach in a few steps. However, under the neighborhood there are underwater streams that sometimes generate humidity stains in the walls, that we are constantly fixing, but the seaside air and the ambient humidity do not help either, because of this we don t assume responsibility about this issue.
We do a lot of maintenance during the year but sometimes there is not enough time. If there is anything to solve, we will try to be as expedite as possible but bear in mind that people in town do not use the same timing standards as people from the city, and in the high season they are usually overbooked, but we will do everything in our power to solve any issue that might come up
