Set on a country road just outside the hamlet of Cheshire, a 10 minute drive to Canandaigua City Pier, & downtown Canandaigua. Close to hiking trails, & lake access, 12 minutes to Bristol Mountain, beautiful Naples, wineries, breweries, & so much more! Perfect for a relaxing getaway, or adventurous trip to explore the beautiful Finger Lakes Region!

The space
Very spacious, well maintained, clean home, exceptionally large yard, lot's of room for families/ friends to stay together! There are outdoor games available for use during your stay also.
Indoor and outdoor entertaining space. The hot tub is enjoyable any time of the year, sitting under the stars at night or even soaking up the blue sky with a cup of coffee in the morning!
Beautiful property any time of year, lots of greenery in the summer, fall foliage is amazing, winter is stunning with the snow glistening on the trees!
The sun room is perfect for catching a breeze, reading a book, or doing yoga! We have two yoga mats provided for use in that space.
Aside from the five bedrooms we also have a single size cot available for use (stored in downstairs closet) as well as a double bed in the game room.
Guest access
The guests have access to the entire home, besides the maintenance room in the basement, and the barn. There is an exceptionally large, well maintained yard that the guests can use, the outdoor pavilion/ bar with hot tub and lots of seating for entertaining! Also have two private decks, one off the living room, one off the master bedroom, and two patios, one at the front door, and one down below outside of the sun room!
Bristol Mountain is a beautiful place to visit any time of year, they have fall foliage ski lift rides, as well as snow skiing, and snowboarding in the winter, zip-lining courses in the summer, etc.
Canandaigua Lake has multiple businesses along the lake that offer rental for wake boards, boats, kayaks, etc. Multiple locations that offer fishing access, as well nature trails for hiking, and multiple golf courses in the area as well.
Naples is a short scenic ride from the home also, providing hiking trails, fishing locations, wineries, Monica's Pies!!
In our house manual that you can browse through when you get to the home, you will find a list of local restaurants, take-out menus, trails, and activities in the areas such as Roseland waterpark, Roseland Bowl, and much more!

In the kitchen you will find some spices in addition to oils, and possibly some boxed/canned goods that you can use. If you use all of something up, it would be appreciated if you replaced it for the next guests!
We have a few toys for the little ones to play with in the downstairs closet, along with indoor and outdoor games for the guests to enjoy.
