Home sleeps 14 and features 5 bedrooms and 3 newly renovated baths, along with a recently remodeled kitchen with granite counters and a magnificent wood-burning fireplace. Relax in the hot tub under the stars after a day of skiing or hiking. Park and store your gear in the 4-car garage. Our retreat is only two miles from downtown Fraser and 12 minutes to Winter Park ski area.
Our home offers a perfect setup for family reunions or vacations with multiple families. The home was professionally styled by Sunny Circle Studio and offers new, modern furnishings throughout.
FIRST FLOOR
You'll enter the home through the large, open-plan kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, teakettle, and crock pot.
There's plenty of space to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. The counter island seats four, and the dining table seats 12. There's also a lounge seating area and wood-burning fire place in the kitchen.
This floor has two bedrooms, a full bath, and a full-size washer and dryer.
SECOND FLOOR
The upstairs has a spacious family room with numerous areas for your group to hang out. A large leather sectional faces a flat-screen smart TV. Four lounge chairs are nestled around the wood-burning fireplace. There's a selection of games and a table ready for a round of checkers or a puzzle.

In the warmer months, enjoy a bonfire at our large outdoor fire pit. In the winter, our long, sloping driveway is perfect for sledding.
