Prestigious and characteristic apartment sky-land, on two levels; ground floor and mezzanine floor, in a refined and elegant, two covered verandas and private garden overlooking the pool of the residence. Suitable for large families or couples of friends.
Two double bedrooms, one on the loft on the loft and a third bedroom with bunk beds and a further single bed. Kitchen / lounge with sofa and large glass door on veranda, two bathrooms with shower, two covered verandas where you can eat outdoors.
The private rear garden overlooks the pool and is great for sunbathing in privacy even on the most sunny days and if you do not want to go to the nearby beach.
From the main veranda, equipped with a large dining table, you can enjoy views of the Gulf of Porto Pozzo, Coluccia peninsula (nature reserve) and the Spargi island in the background.
Delightful Sardinian-crafted furnishings. Spanish cotto pavement. Bathrooms in Cerasarda. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and dishes with dishwasher and fridge, microwave, two TVs (one in the living room and one on the mezzanine).
The apartment is located in Porto Pozzo, in front of the Maddalena archipelago and in front of the island of Spargi, reachable also with a small inflatable in 15 minutes. From shots you can easily reach the other islands of the archipelago: Budelli, Razzoli, Santa Maria and La Maddalena. Nearby is the beautiful beach "La Sciumara" and the Isle of the Gulls Surfers Paradise.
At the marina of the marina you can easily rent out small sailing or motor boats to spend wonderful seaside days
The Residence is cultivated with lots of vegetation and has a large adult pool and a smaller children's pool connected by a characteristic waterfall. Swimming pools are available in July, August and September. Large private parking is available. A few steps from the town center and all the main services such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, pharmacy, public transport stop etc. etc. all reachable on foot.
The town of Porto Pozzo is located in the seafront sheltered by the Coluccia island, legend tells that Homer came to Ulysses, who met here the Lestrigòni, proud peoples of shepherds and farmers intimately tied to this wilderness. For this reason the magnificent natural fjord of Porto Pozzo is also known as "Baia d'Ulisse".
The wild and uncontaminated nature, the beautiful seabed, a mixture of sardine rocks and white sand, crystal clear waters, the mild climate even in winter make this corner of Sardinia a true paradise!

Summary: We rented Pietro's apartment for 8 weeks with the idea of working remotely, but at the same time having the little one enjoying the beach/sea. We therefore needed space and Pietro's apartment was a really good fit for us. The flat is arranged over two floors (ground and mezzanine) with two bedrooms (double and single with bunk beds), a bathroom and living space plus open plan kitchen on the ground floor and a large bedroom with its own ensuite on the mezzanine (which i used mainly for working). The residence is nice and the pool is just as advertised. Perhaps the design of the residence is a bit too "compact", all the units are very close to each other, but generally our stay has been quiet enough (perhaps with only one of two exceptions). The apartment has two AC units: one in the single bedroom and one in the living room. Sadly, during our stay the one in the living room did not work. Our daughter was ok with her unit working perfectly, but we sometimes wished to have the unit working as well. The mezzanine, given its height, is hardly benefitting from AC, even with both unit working, but there is nearly always at least little breeze. There was a building site just outside the residence and despite local regulation which should prevent noisy residential building works in summer, the site was quite active. This is of course no one's fault and with the little one we had to wake up early anyway, but had we wanted to sleep longer in the morning, it would have been hard some days. The residence is very close to the main street, bars, restaurants, shops and the village's beach. In all fairness people end up going to nearby beaches which are nicer (some are just spectacular) than the village's one, but it's good to have a walking distance option available. The apartment was clean and well kept. Nice appliances in the kitchen. We thought that some items were missing (kitchen tools, hover, …) and the oven was not working but we asked Pietro and Cristian (the caretaker) and they sorted all our requests very quickly. We still ended up buying some stuff we didn't ask about, but as we stayed for two months it was fine. Cristian was also kind enough to provide us a cleaning lady and sheets and towel every week. We ended up paying a fair bit of money for that, but didn't want to have to wash sheets and towels, so it was good to have the option. Overall, I would surely recommend, given also its strategic position just between Palau and Santa Teresa.
