The apartment is on the first floor and has two balconies. The one balcony is protected on the south side and on two sides of house walls, the front balcony is covered by a large canopy and thus provides a cozy place even in bad weather.
There are 2 bedrooms: one with a box spring double bed and one with two single box spring beds that can also be pushed together.
