Nikte Ha #7 is an amazing new penthouse with wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea! This 3 bedroom luxury unit is located in the central part of Akumal's Half Moon Bay, close to La Buena Vida restaurant, and a short walk to many local amenities including Yalku Lagoon.
A great choice for families, Nikte Ha Condominiums offers modern amenities for your comfort and a central location. Nikte Ha is located on the beach of Half Moon Bay. There is a great pool and easy access to some of Akumal’s best snorkeling right front of the building.
Each unit has fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. The units have full ocean views and ocean side terrace with dining for four. The units each have three bedrooms with lots of room for the kids to bring a friend, and still privacy for the adults. The master bedroom has a king bed an en-suite bath. Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a single sofa bed. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with a bunk bed (double and single bed) and a double trundle bed.
Akumal is a small beach community with ecologically minded locals, and two swimming bays which are the perfect home to a diversity of tropical marine life and endangered sea turtles. Akumal is located a 20 min drive from the popular resort towns of Playa del Carmen and Tulum, and just one hour south of Cancun International airport.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our three bedroom condo unit seven was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The pools were clean and sparkling. Beware of the elevator we got stuck in it and had to call maintenance. We were happy that someone responded. What if it happened when no one was around. That was alarming. The only negative I would give is in the master bathroom. There is one tiny light on the ceiling so putting on makeup was fairly impossible. Needs much better lighting in there. when we first arrived to check in, I went to the reception area across the street. The woman said that I was not registered and was just ready to let us go without looking into it. She finally after much urging, called her manager, and they straightened it out. We felt very safe in the community.
