This large apartment of 132 square meters is on the second level ( third level american ) of a XIX century building with elevator in the Oberkampf district.
It consists of a large living room with couches and dining area, TV lounge, one bedroom with a king bed which can easily be transformed into twins and a walk in closet, a second bedroom with queen which can easily be transformed into twins, a separate toilet , a large bathroom with separate shower and bathtub , separate washer and dryer and a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table. The whole apartment has high ceiling in all rooms , fiber wifi, cable TV and a balcony on the living room side.
Oberkampf is a most desirable district. 5 metro lines at walking distance. a farmers market on Tuesdays and Fridays morning and a pedestrian commercial street with plenty of bakers, bistrots , markets, cheese , liquor stores etc...
The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than five minutes) to Le Marais, Bastille square and Republique square. You can then access metro hubs easily ( Republique and Bastille ) and go just everywhere in Paris directly without changing lines. And you are only 15 minutes walking to the very center of Paris, chatelet.
