Spacious and inviting 1 bed 1.5 bath condo with 990 sq. ft. of indoor living space along with large, roughly 400 sq. ft. patio. 12 ft. ceiling in both the living room and bedroom along with floor to ceiling windows allows for significant natural light and makes the space feel even larger. You will be situated in the coveted Cortez Hill neighborhood of downtown San Diego. Cortez Hill is a quiet section of downtown just outside of all of the action but still within walking distance to all of downtowns most popular neighborhoods including Gaslamp, Little Italy, East Village, Petco Park, Balboa Park, and Banker’s hill. Location provides easy access to all the bars, restaurants, and coffee shops in the area.
Condo has vinyl wood flooring throughout main living areas with carpet in the bedroom, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit laundry. Additional features include a recently upgraded king bed and mattress with Brooklinen LUXE Satin sheets for extra comfort, smart TVs in the bedroom, living room & den/game room, central AC, and a fully equipped kitchen and bar. The smart tv’s have access to nearly all major streaming service included Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, etc. Any purchases made through these apps will be billed back to you at checkout. Patio has a firepit and BBQ along with the standard patio furniture. Building amenities include a pool, gym, and community room.
There is 1 assigned parking space in the attached parking garage. Additional street parking is available not assigned.
Storage space is limited due to owners occupying the property the majority of the year; a clothing rack can be provided upon request.
