Piano Terra: ingresso, ampia zona living/cucina openspace da cui si accede ad un ampio porticato dove è allestito un grande tavolo con sedie per mangiare al fresco, 4 camere da letto matrimoniali ciascuna con il suo bagno ensuit, scala che conduce al piano inferiore;
Piano Inferiore (accessibile anche direttamente dal giardino attraverso una scala esterna): 3 camere da letto matrimoniali ciascuna con il suo bagno ensuit e con terrazzino di pertinenza esclusiva; zona lavanderia.
ESTERNI
La villa è immersa in 2 ettari du uliveto e terra rossa, attraverso un sentiero di brecciolina bianca si raggiunge la zona piscina dove leggermente sopraelevata si trova una bellissima piscina a sfioro con solarium allestito con lettini ed ombrelloni. In quest’area si trova anche una cucina esterna dotata di piano cottura ad induzione. Parcheggio interno.
Nota: il costo d’affitto include tutti i consumi, la biancheria da letto e da bagno, i teli piscina, 1 servizio di pulizia infrasettimanale con cambio biancheria, manutenzione giardino e piscina, internet Wifi e welcome pack.
