5 Bedroom Cabin in Grand Bend, Lambton Shores

Large comfortable cottage located within the private Southcott pines subdivision of Grand Bend is the perfect spot for 1-2 families to retreat to. It is a 5 minute walk to a private beach for fun in the sun and beautiful sunsets. Cottage has lots of natural light including a beautiful 3 season sun room which has open air screened windows to enjoy your morning coffee in or your evenings bug free. During the months of July and August there is a 7 night minimum. House rules: 1) All guest must be 25 or older unless they are family members. 2) Guest must also abide by the Grand Bend noise bylaws ie. no outside noise after 11pm. 3) We ask our guest not to smoke in the cottage and be respectful of the property and neighbors. 4) Security deposit of $500CND dollars is 100% fully refundable after inspection. Air-conditioned, non-smoking, pet free environment with lots of different rooms to retreat to. Bath towels are included but guests are responsible to bring their own beach towels. Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, sunroom, basement bar area, ping pong table, foosball table, BBQ and much more. Cottage is located on a quiet court with beautiful large trees to provide shade and beauty. Only a 5 minute walk to a private sandy beach on Lake Huron with a very shallow water front allowing lots of area for the little ones to play in. Roads are not busy allowing you to walk or bike around the subdivision leisurely. Walking distance to a children's park and the Grand Bend core where there are plenty of restaurants and night-life. Huron County Playhouse is approximately a 15 minutes drive away. Other things to note The heart of Grand Bend has grocery stores, LCBO, beer stores, coffee shops, fine dining, casual restaurants, water sports equipment rentals, night life fun all within a 5 minute drive.
