Positive: the porch with view of the lake, access to the water, nice dock, use of 2 kayaks, visits from neighbor's friendly cat.
Negative: loft sleeping area difficult to maneuver narrow ladder/stairs and low ceilings.
Summary: peaceful, restful, tranquil lake, very low traffic on the lake during our stay.
