This is the best of both worlds, two homes in one. Everything you need on both sides, including washer and dryer and all cooking utensils. The two homes become one by opening up Beautiful 5 foot custom door or close the door for complete privacy. If you're the one staying on the Villa side with the indoor Jacuzzi, you might want to use that door because the Villa side was made for romance. Don't get me wrong the Retreat side, as we call it, is romantic as well but my guess is, if you bring the mother-in-law or the kids or friends you'll be staying on the romantic villa side- just saying.

If you’re feeling adventurous Your minutes away from manatees, dolphins, Crystal clear snorkeling & deep sea fishing all the Major springs including rainbow, Homosassa, silver springs , three sisters, Chatsawiska, Crystal river the gulf of Mexico & renown golf courses like black diamond, on top of the world, Citrus Hills & several others endless miles of bike trails and four wheeler heaven. Hungry your grill is waiting, your 10 minutes from shopping 10 minutes in the other Direction local dining favorits both on the water & off. There are two houses in one that open up in a very unique way or close off to give you & yours a little privacy. There are also separate private entrances & parking, if you choose to separate them . The private, two person, 28 bubble & jet Jacuzzi tub will melt away anything that hasn’t submitted to your peace. The glass wall is lit up & dimmed to your liking to set the mood. Several romantic outdoor areas both covered & open are accented by dimmed lighting, tiki torches, a cascading waterfall & bear Fountain, propane & natural fire pits travertine tiled veranda, and 8 foot French doors that walk out to your deck and sliding glass doors off one of your bedrooms, leading to the veranda. Covered dock and a connecting floating dock. Beautiful custom paver work & Landscaping. Lots of room for outdoor activities. Awesome views of the lake from both living rooms & kitchens. Your boat, covered dock & seating area are steps away for your enjoyment. Bring all the water sports & toys!
There is lots of room for outdoor activities including cornhole, horseshoes, a lovers swing, two kids tree swings, and a basketball court for your enjoyment. You’re view consists of endless miles of beautiful lakefront & wildlife. There are two walk-in closets and lots of drawers to keep clothes neat and in place.
The many options for sleeping arrangements are very comfortable, from king, queen including several queen sleeper sofas that are very comfortable, with memory foam mattresses are in areas that make it a fun adventure especially for kids & Teens. The master bedroom has two minor levels & a huge king size bed, a hair & make up vanity, and 2 walk in closets. The room in The Villa side can be closed off with the beautiful French doors for private sleeping quarters. The beautifully unique Villa side sleeps up to 5 and all 3 sleeping areas have views of the lake. The Retreat side sleeps up to eight with 3 memory foam sofa beds and a California king size bed in the master bedroom. It has a captains bed style up on a platform in a unique and cozy private quarters similar to a ship cabin. Wake up to the sand crane family that can be seen frequently grazing on the spacious lawn. This very morning there were 200 plus wildlife birds of various species having breakfast on the lawn! You may even see Oscar the otter, who occasionally comes by for a visit. You never know what you’re going to see at Lakeshore Lodge.

Our guest have access to all 1800 ft.² of the lodge basketball court/large parking area, covered dock, boat launch, and both docs basically the whole acre.
Other things to note:
Be very careful on the travertine tile outdoor lanai as it’s a type of natural tile and very slippery when wet. Plastic shoes tend to be slick and don’t go well with tile. also most of the home is travertine floors so you must use a shower bathmat when showering. When using the Jacuzzi, fill the water above all the Jets because if you don’t, this can cause damage to the pump. No candles of any kind inside please. Absolutely no pets. If you do you bring an unauthorized pet, it will be a minimum $1000 nonrefundable charge you will the asked to make arrangements for the pet immediately or your stay will be over and nonrefundable. There is NO smoking in the Lodge of any kind. including vaping, and a minimum $2000 nonrefundable fee will be charged to you before or after you leave, if this is violated.
Bonfires are encouraged but must be put out before turning in. There is a hose on the other side of the house that is about 100 foot if needed. There has never been a fire of any kind here. nevertheless there are fire extinguishers located in two locations in the home centrally on each side there are smoke alarms in every room The first extinguisher is next to the wake up fridge raider on the villa side and there is one on the other side of the house located centrally under the sink cabinet. On rare occasion, I may be onsite working but you will only meet me if requested or to show you around and how to work all the different outside amenities if needed. You may have course discover them on your own as they are fully explained in your check in instructions. We want you to fully enjoy your stay and so we set forth these guidelines and rules both for your safety and auto keep the place nice for others to enjoy as well
