A large hand-carved door leads to a double-winged staircase, which takes you to a lower, grass-covered terrace. Below the terrace is a garden surrounded by a rustic stone wall. Outside the wall are fruit trees and a path that leads to the beach.
The house features two identical 500-square-foot, master suites. Each with wrap-around balconies and full views of the lake and Volcán San Pedro. Master bedrooms feature king-sized beds, desks, air conditioning, and flat screen TVs. Master bathrooms feature 2 wardrobes, 2 vanities, free-standing bath tubs, large marble showers with rain shower heads.
