Deer, otter, and a variety of birdlife, including Sandhill cranes and hummingbirds are often visible. Recreational activities may include hiking, fishing, canoeing, boating and water skiing. Lake Kerr covers 2,830 acres of deep water roughly 2 miles by a mile wide. Shoreline unblemished by developers abounds.
The home is cozy, and comfortable. Sleeping arrangements include a bed and futon upstairs, or convertible couches downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped including a microwave and dish washer. Central air/heat keeps you comfortable, whatever the season. An upstairs balcony overlooks the lake and various board games are provided to fill in-between outdoor activities.
