Enjoy beautiful Lake Travis at this fun Lago Vista home. Kayak, Boat and Jet ski rentals are close by. You will have exclusive access to the Private Cody park located 0.3 miles away. Cody Park has a private boat launch waiting for you, it also has a large play structure that children love. We are approximately 2.4 miles away from the Lago Vista Golf Course. The beautiful Lago Vista Sunset park is located 7.3 miles away. Sunset Park is the newest city park, it has a soccer field, baseball field, softball field, sand volleyball court and a walking trail.
If you just need a place to get together with your friends or family this is the place. This house has 3 stories. The 3rd Floor is the main floor, there you will find a full kitchen fully equipped for you. We have everything you need when you stay with us, refrigerator with ice maker, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig Duo with coffee pot and pods. We have a Margarita Ville. There are 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The master has a king sized bed and the other two secondary rooms have queen sized beds. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a jetted tub and the guest bathroom is a full bathroom as well. On the 3rd floor you will find the main living area with fireplace and large TV. There is a large wrap around balcony on the 3rd floor with a propane grill, large seating area and dinning area that seats 8. On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with another twin sized bed by its side. In the other bedroom you will find a queen sized bed and a TV. The second floor also has our game room. The game room has ping pong, pool table, arcade, large TV with seating area and our Theater Room with big screen projector and pop corn machine. We have a pellet grill located outside on the large second floor balcony. On the balcony you will find another dining area with extra seating for lounging and corn hole. On main floor you'll find our hot tub ready for you. There is fire pit located outside on the ground level near the hot tub. Overall this home will have everything you want for your next get away, family vacation, reunion baby shower, whatever your needs may be.

Summary: This was a wonderful home to make some great vacation memories with our 4 grown children and their families. There was plenty of space to gather together or spread out for separate activities (ping pong, anyone?).There are walls of windows, large decks, and peaceful views. We enjoyed watching the neighborhood deer and ever-changing skies. The host responded promptly when we had questions during our stay. FYI- there is an elevator at the front and exterior stairs on the decks, but there are no interior stairs. (Not positive or negative, just something to be aware of, especially with young kids.)
