You’ll have private access to the entire first floor, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, backyard deck, and parking for up to four cars. Monthly rates are available for extended stays.
Separate Private Suite: The home's lower level (basement) includes a separate private Suite and attached garage. There is no cross-traffic or shared living spaces; its separate entry ensures your complete privacy. Guests cannot access or use the lower-level Suite, patio, or attached garage. The owner reserves the right to access and use the separate private Suite anytime. We prioritize our Guests' privacy.

Our rate is based on four people staying at the home. Any additional guests above the initial four will incur an extra fee per guest. This rate structure is designed to provide savings and flexibility to our guests when the number of people changes or when smaller groups would like to stay with us.
