Summary: The property was clean, it was very centrally located nearby restaurants, Lake Tahoe, hiking trails, scooters, shops, a brewery, and other things. The property has no central AC, but, the fans inside kept it cool because the weather is spectacular. The property owner was nice and accommodating, i did want ro note that he does reside on premises and this rental is off of his home that he stays in- I didnt know this prior to booking and isnt typical of VRBO properties so I did want to note that. He is a nice guy!
