In a pleasant and quiet, this beautiful Provencal house (second home) of 210 m2 will seduce you with its comfort and charm. It is in the middle of the countryside on a clear view of a valley and low mountains alps.
2 minutes from the center of the village of Montagnac you can find a bar, a restaurant, the post office and a small business well stocked (with bread).
It is located 10 minutes from Laugh, 27 km from the Verdon Gorges, 10 minutes from Lake St. Croix, 30 minutes from Manosque and 60 minutes from Marseille airport.
You will find markets around (including Laugh, twice a week).
Outside the house is:
- a large terrace with 2 olive trees with barbecue area and bar, garden furniture, garden table and chairs, pergola with light garland to enjoy your evenings, offering breathtaking views of the valley and the sunset.
- a very large garden entirely wooded, ideal for all, not to mention your animals

Summary: We are a group of friends and had the best time at this villa! It is a lovely home with large open spaces and a great pool to swim in. It’s was very tranquil and the al fresco dinning area was great to share our meals. Also the lake is only a few minutes drive away which has a few good restaurants with stunning views. Would highly recommend this villa and will definitely be back!
