Positive: The property is small, but has all the things you need for a beach stay. There are extra towels, a shower, a fire pit in the backyard, there is also a crockpot, and electric stove, and it’s by local restaurants. The stars are gorgeous at night. You do need to bring your own firewood & kindling. it is a walk to the beach from the property. Lake Huron on his absolutely gorgeous. The sandy beach is relatively small. But it is possible to go swimming and make the most of your stay.
Negative: it is a walk to the beach. It would be quite a ways to haul a cooler, and swim items to the small beach. There is no parking closer to the beach than the cottage you were staying at. It’s not possible to drive a car down to the waters edge.
