5 Bedroom House in Putnam Station

Newly constructed Clifftop home with captivating views on Northern Lake George! This custom built, modern 4 bedroom, two bath home, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, with exquisite craftsmanship and architecture, is the perfect blend of glass, stone and wood. Our shared waterfront can be reached via a 150' path where you can swim off the deep water dock or relax on our large sundeck. A boat slip (max 24' boat) is available as well for our guests to use.
There are 3 queen bedrooms (2 with a full bathroom), each with their own private deck overlooking the lake and mountains. The lower level has a sectional sofa, 2 bunk beds, dining table and big screen tv. The family room and 2 of the bedrooms also have smart tv's. We have 4 kayaks at the common dock and sundeck on the lake for guests to use, which can be accessed via a 150' path from our home. We also have a beautiful private outdoor hot tub that is covered and a fire pit area for stargazing or listening to sounds of the lake at night.
2 vehicles can be parked at the home. A 3rd vehicle may be accommodated if needed. There is a parking area for a boat trailer up the road on association property.
Four-wheel drive vehicle is necessary in the snowy months, which is a beautiful time of year to visit. Two pairs of snowshoes are included with the home to take advantage of the 60+ acres of Association land and abundant hiking trails walking distance from our home.

Summary: This property is amazing! We stayed for spring break - and it was great to stay before all the tourists arrive next month. The property itself is clean, spacious, and the views are great. We utilized the fire pit, kayaks and local hiking trails. Even got to see the local beaver hard at work. The area itself secluded and quiet, and has a narrow and windy road to get to. If you’re going offseason, have a 4x4 vehicle. The place also has a generator. When we arrived, there was an ice storm, and the power lines have been damaged. We had zero interruption of power/heat - just internet, which was fine with me. We all had books to read and trails to hike. I was actually happy with the forced freedom from the internet. (Though, it came on when power was restored.) The property was located closely enough to the things we wanted to see/do. (Lake Placid, Burlington, cascade mountain…) the drive was beautiful past Ticonderoga. Can’t recommend this property enough.
