Positive: The house was clean, comfortable, and cute. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us in our family. The house managers were kind, patient, and helped us immediately whenever we needed it.
Negative: There were just two things. We tried to use the pool, but it was just too cold. Obviously, the weather played the biggest part in that, so it was no one's fault, but we did wish the pool was heated so that we still could have enjoyed it. The other thing was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was extremely firm and hard to sleep on. However, that may just be our preference. Everything else was great!
Summary: Awesome home! We loved it!
