4 Bedroom House in Lake Almanor Country Club

Location !!!4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Lake Front house on a quiet Cul-de-Sac near Rec 1. We just finishing a complete remodel of the house. The bedrooms were done last winter and we just finished the Kitchen and family room. LACC has just changed their HOA rental policy. Guests used to pay for boat launch stickers when arriving at the gate. Now they are going to bill the homeowner. If you bring a watercraft into LACC I will be adding a $125 fee for each watercraft.

Summary: My family has been renting homes in the LACC for over 20 years and this is one of our favorites. It is very clean with updated furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, bedding etc. It was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids with a short walk to rec 1. Phil was a lovely host and very accommodating. He responded to questions and visited the house when we needed assistance. The home is well appointed with everything we needed and more. We hope to return next summer.
