Summary: No house keeping to empty trash or bring fresh towels. Only 3 small pillows the bed felt like it was a full size instead of a queen The complementary coffee was nasty even the breakfast wasn't up to par. The orange juice was good and to be able to eat the sausage patties you had to put syrup on them. The tub dont drain fast enough with the shower running. Only one elevator worked. Didnt stay for the pool or hot tub as they were down for maintenance at the wrong time of the year. Definitely wasnt worth the money so i will never stay again. The people at the front desk was always kind and friendly which is the only thing going for this particular hotel
