Ozark's Finley River Park is just a couple of blocks away with access to the river along with rodeos, crafts fairs, and local sporting events. For walkers, sidewalks provide availability to Ozark's pedestrian river trail which ends at the city's recreational facility, which is available and open to the public through a day fee. Summary: The Carriage House was perfect for my extended stay! It was larger than expected. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. It had everything that I needed including the few items I forgot. The hosts were quick to answer questions and it was easy to schedul time to enjoy the pool. The washer and dryer in the apartment were so nice and convenient. I was able to travel all over Branson and Springfield and come back to my home base in Ozark. This place was a treasure and a blessing.
