Access to the balcony-terrace. 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm / 1 bedroom with two single beds 90 x 200 cm which can be twinned into 1 double bed 180 x 200 cm) with shower room, separate WC, television, Bluetooth speaker and desk in each bedroom. Room for sports storage and provision of 4 bicycles including 2 with electrical assistance. Hydrotherapy spa, shared swimming pool, ping-pong table, pétanque court, outdoor sauna (barrel) with paid access (see terms and conditions with the owner). This spacious apartment has been carefully renovated to offer two remarkably comfortable bedrooms. Original features, such as the terrazzo floor, have been preserved to highlight the art deco style of the house.
