This apartment is situated on the raised ground floor of Ca'Pisani with access to the garden and shared swimming pool via the enclosed side entrance.There are tables chairs and sunbeds for outside entertaining.
The apartment forms part of an extremely old house dating back to the xvth century retaining all original vaulted ceilings and stone walls yet has been modernised to a high standard by the current owner and has all mod cons including LED floor lighting stainless steel kitchen appliances and modern bathroom.
The open plan sitting room is fully equipped with satellite TV. Wi-Fi and sofa bed. The kitchen with dining table overlooks the garden.

Of course slightly furthers afield you have the bright lights of San Remo, Genova Monaco and Nice all within easy distance for a good day out.
