The garden have both a shady area with secular trees and a sunny south facing garden where is located the pool (completely private use). 10 km from Florence, 7 km from Bagno a Ripoli and 1 km from San Donato in Collina (bus stop to Florence, food open Sunday too, bars, chemist, soccer court). Horse riding 2 km away. Golf course 15 km.
