Total floor area: 111 m² with sloping ceilings included. Possibility of a parking space in front of the cottage otherwise public parking at the entrance of the hamlet, 150 m. In the heart of the hamlet of Miolans, at the foot of the castle steeped in history (the Marquis de Sade was imprisoned there), the cottage is located in a village house, adjoining another house. This renovation, designed and carried out by its owner, incorporates old doors and old furniture, bringing charm and character to this spacious cottage. Depending on the time of day, the small balconies allow you to enjoy a moment of relaxation or even enjoy grilled food on the barbecue. Sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning are included.
