Positive: well equpied and welcoming - good view from rear garden - generally a good location (apart from road) - generally enjoyed our stay
Negative: Garden furniture had certainly seen better days (!) - on a fairly noisey road - bedrooms all "roadside" - perhaps a little too much personal decoraion inside - also perhaps a little too pricey for what it offered
