3 Bedroom Villa in Santa Teresa

Somewhere on the Nicoya Peninsula there is a tiny surf town where rock stars, supermodels and pro surfers come to play. This is a place where the sun shines a little brighter, friends laugh a little harder and life is a lot less serious.
This brilliant place is called Santa Teresa and it’s just far enough out of the way to keep the crowds out but close enough to paradise that it’s worth going an extra mile for.
We built a very special hilltop house here to entertain our friends and family. This is a very private place, just a kilometer up the hill from spectacular beaches, surf spots, bars and restaurants but guarded by a gatehouse and hidden by the dense rain forest that surrounds it.
Of course we share this space with the resident monkeys, parrots, toucans and all of our other beloved forest friends. Sometimes if we’re lucky, we get to watch the whales swim by in the turquoise ocean below with our morning coffee. What a life!
Whales and Dolphins: While not everyone likes to go fishing, it's worthwhile at least taking a boat tour of Cabo Blanco just south of Santa Teresa to view the migrating whales, dolphins, manta rays, turtles and a wide array of stunning sea life.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are planning on having a raging party here, save us all the trouble, and please don't rent this house, the power will be cut immediately, police will be called, and charges will be filed.

Summary: This was the third year in a row our group has spent a month in Costa Rica. Each year we have rented a home in a different area of the country. This house was our favorite. Lori, the property manager lived down the hill was always available, responding within minutes to any questions or issues which arose. For example, the espresso machine was replaced immediately when discovered it was not working. Our group loves cooking. This kitchen was well stocked, various choices of coffee makers, sharp knives, multiple sets of dishes and a water filtration system. The infinity pool was kept crystal clean, the water warm and the view exceptional. We ate all our meals outdoors on the shaded patio, reserving the indoor dining table for "office space". The Wi-Fi worked well, even with 3 or 4 Zoom calls. The house sits at the top of a steep hill. We decided not to rent a car or ATV, as we preferred the daily exercise of walking down and up from town and the extraordinary beach. (If you have mobility issues transportation will be required.). We hired cabs for larger or heavier grocery runs. If you love wildlife, this is the house for you, pizotes, monkeys and a wide variety of birds & butterflies frequent the property. We highly recommend this property for families or 2-3 couples.
